RIP my baby girl. I wish you didn't have to go but I think we all knew you were getting towards the end. I'm glad that we could at least save you from getting to the stage where you were suffering.
I miss you so much but you're back with Sweep, Blackie, Salem, Figgy, Giac and Rosie again now.

David Bowie 1947 - 2016

David Bowie has died at the age of 69 after a year and half fighting cancer.
I spent most of my mid-teens discovering and loving his music and I think every fan will have shed a few tears today.
Here are my all time faves:
Life On Mars? - the absolute classic.
Oh! You Pretty Things - there was time where I just went around singing this pretty much constantly.
Moonage Daydream - my second favourite Bowie track, I adore this one.
Heroes - doesn't get better than this <3 This is actually my favourite youtube video as well, I can't not practically cry with happiness when I watch this. His smile when he runs across the stage is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.

It's that time again already - the annual year end meme! 
1. What did you do in 2015 that you'd never done before?
Went to a proper concert, cosplayed Missy, and went on a ferry with my car!
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
My ones for 2015 were "to get a house with my aragornsgirl333 and find a job I actually enjoy" and holy shit I pretty much did both of them! In October we found a house that we are in the process of buying and at the start of December I moved to a much better department at work
New year's resolutions 2016 are:
~ take better care of my skin
~ go out for a walk every lunchtime (except in school holidays when there are too many people around
)
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
I don't think so. aragornsgirl333 and I had more RPs though and we call them our babies XD
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No
5. What countries did you visit?
Greece in September <3
6. What would you like to have in 2016 that you lacked in 2015?
Doctahpants living with me
7. What date from 2015 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
14th February, when aragornsgirl333 took me to see You Me At Six <3
20th October, when our offer on a house got accepted
13th November, when we went on the Emirates Air Line over London at night X3
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I applied for and got a job in a different department and then I applied for and got a job in another different department. I also passed my business module exam in June
9. What was your biggest failure?
I intentionally self-harmed for the first time in my life.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Mentally.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Probably the tickets for aragornsgirl333 to go see Nightwish XD
12. Who is the last person you kissed in 2015?
The ONLY person I kissed in 2015: my aragornsgirl333
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
My own, and some utter twats at work.

Into savings, on hotels, and on my car mostly I think.

The refugee crisis. Doctahpants and I saw them firsthand in Kos and I was glad to see that the Greek authorities were at least providing them with tents, portaloos and running water. It's disgusting that other governments didn't seem to be willing to help at all.

How long have you been on DeviantArt?
With this account, six and a bit years, my join date was 5th January 2009. I joined for the first time probably about two years before that though with a different account, and I just hung out in the forum all the time, I didn't do or post any art at that point. I stopped after a while but eventually came back and made a new account to post my first collaboration fanfic, 'The Land of Tomato King Tennant.' Then I started posting some photos too, and it all went from there.
What does your username mean?
It is my witch-name from Tomato King Tennant, and I have always loved it :3

What was your first deviation?

What is your favourite type of art to create?
RP. Even though we don't share them with anyone else any more, aragornsgirl333 and I still have many many Doctor/Master RPs on the go, and I most certainly consider them to be a type of art <3 I still adore taking photos but I feel like I no longer really have the time or energy to edit them, and submitting them to dA and enough groups to get even the tiniest bit of exposure has become such a long, slow and difficult process, which is why I haven't posted any for a while. And fanfictions as ever are things I like to get more or less fully formed in my head before I can even begin to write them, which again takes time and energy that both seem determined to bugger off completely at the moment.
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
Either drawing people, digital art, or video editing. Any of those would be fab.

I have absolutely no idea, I probably have about fifty billion faves.
What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?

What are your preferred tools to create art?
My laptop and Word, and my cameras and paint.net.
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
For photos, anywhere outdoors. For RPs/fics, most often in bed just before I fall asleep, or while travelling somewhere.
What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
Meeting aragornsgirl333 and all the friends I made on here. And also posting the first RP we did and getting some great comments that encouraged us to continue and develop it into something we love so much that we're still creating them today <3
